Shipping Policy

At MŪL, we believe in the "Anti-Synthetic Standard," which extends to how we handle and deliver your garments. Because we prioritise quality over speed, every piece is processed with care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

1. Processing Timelines

As a brand committed to reducing waste, we follow a "Made-to-Order" philosophy for many of our items.

  • Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed and handed over to our shipping partners within 2–3 business days.

  • Rush Processing: Orders placed before 9:00 AM may be eligible for same-day or next-day fulfilment, depending on stock availability.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We partner with leading national couriers to ensure reliable delivery across India. Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • Metros & Tier 1 Cities: 2–5 business days.

  • Rest of India: 5–7 business days.

  • Remote Areas / North East: Up to 10–12 business days (Shipped via India Post if private couriers are unavailable).

3. Shipping Charges

We aim for transparency in our pricing. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your premium heavyweight garments (240–300 GSM cotton is significantly heavier than standard retail shirts).

  • Prepaid Orders: Standard shipping rates apply based on weight and pincode.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) for selected SKUs: A convenience fee of ₹40 is applied to all COD orders to cover additional handling by our logistics partners.

4. Tracking Your Order

The moment your MŪL garment leaves the facility, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS. You can track your "Anti-Synthetic" shipment in real-time through our account.

5. Undelivered Shipments (RTO)

Our couriers will make up to three attempts to deliver your package. If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address, the customer being unavailable, or refusal of delivery, the shipment will be returned to our origin (RTO).

  • Re-shipping: For prepaid orders, we can re-ship the item, but additional shipping charges may apply.

6. Packaging

To protect the structural integrity of our heavyweight fabrics, we use high-quality, eco-friendly 3-ply corrugated boxes for most orders. This ensures your "Boxy" fit arrives without permanent creases or damage.
